Fitting into Your Budget!
At Simply Yours Weddings & Etc. we look at several factors before naming a price for our services. The following is a list of these factors and a detailed description:
The level of involvement:
Full Planning Service is for the Bride who does not know where to begin with her planning and requires assistance creatively and logistically. This is where we help you come up with your ideas and then carry them out as well all the way through the planning process.
Partial Planning Service is for the Bride who already has incredible ideas but is not able to carry them out on her own due to the fact that you still have a life while you are planning this wedding! This is a very popular issue for so many of today's Brides. So we essentially take the stress off of you by taking instruction from you concerning your projects, visions, and dreams and seeing them through to reality.Day of Coordination is the most popular service any wedding planner can offer. This is for the Bride who simply needs someone to let her enjoy her wedding day but has taken care of all the planning herself. This involves us coming into your planning process towards the end of your engagement to make sure that all of your great ideas and visions happen, your vendors do their job, and that your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception happen according to your wishes. Day of coordination also is included in both other planning services options.
Travel:
We at Simply Yours Weddings & Etc. are willing to go anywhere to make your wedding happen wherever you are located. The amount of travel involved, even within the city the wedding is taking place in is allotted into the fee.
Time:
Some Brides require more time than others. If our services are only needed for the nuts and bolts of the wedding weekend, then the fee will allot for that time and assistance that will be required from us to make your day happen! Other Brides require assistance with the finishing touches such as putting together favors, making place cards, the skies the limit. We are more than happy to do these types of necessities for you, it is simply included in the upfront fee.
Budgeting
Simply Yours Weddings & Etc. does NOT want to add to your stress over your already overwhelming budget. We will look at your budget and how much you are expecting to spend. Each wedding is different and just like each Bride requires different wedding planning services, each Bride's budget will individually dictate the fee. We at Simply Yours Weddings & Etc. promise to set reasonable prices and deliver service that will make every penny count!
